I need to make our own creamer. We’ve started completely skipping the coffee house in order to be a little more frugal, and because of that, we are going through buckets of creamer at home. Making it would let us have the flavors we want, not just what is available. And like you said, so much healthier! I’m with you: I love all the fall flavors. Almost makes up for the fact that winter follows fall.

Going to try this with homemade hazelnut milk – I love the flavor and health benefits, but they charge an arm and a leg for it at our stores… or at least a semi-healthy kidney…
